Do Videos Karate really?
I want to learn karate, but there is no place within 100 miles of where I live who teaches things like IT.CAN instructional DVD I teach karate in the right way? I am not trying to compete for championships or something seriously, I just want to know for self defense and fun.Thank you.
a lil but not really if you do not have a qualified instructor tell you the finer points that you're doing wrong, then maybe learn something wrong and therefore makes it more difficult to learn the correct way when you get appropriate training, I think videos should be complementary to your training and not a primary method is not it places all martial arts within 100 miles or no place in karate if theres other martial arts i would say that you look in the
