Tai Chi
Tai Chi??

I know it's a wonderful way to releave stress and help you relax during the year, but it's good to get control of your balance? I lost my hearing due to a brain tumor and my equallibrium is severely Off. Does Tai Chi help find some of them? Otherwise, no one knows of some form of exercise that will?

Tai Chi is great for your balance and posture. She constantly moves your weight from one foot to another and change your center of gravity positions different. It is also slow, and very form of martial art patient if you do not want to progress too quickly. I think it's the best part. If you find that it does not work, I think that yoga is a very good alternative even if it is more intense Tai Chi.
