What is your opinion on the martial art Taekwondo?

and which is better WTF or ITF?
I watched some videos and its very similar to karate

its a good martial art yet it would take a good while to be able to use it fully in a fight.
its based on speed and if u just go kicking in a fight ur leg will be caught and ur either on ur ass or immobile.
with practice it can be a lethal art to know but like anything you have to consistently work on it.
in the short term not amazing for fights cept for the odd kick that leads in to a punch. in long term it can be devestating.

ITF style is more punching and kicks WTF is alot more kicks i dont think punches are allowed?? its your choice which is better
