Can you do Muay Thai, without gloves? (Please read)?
I wanted to take martial arts. I watched Muay Thai because he had looks interesting and a good form of fighting. So I was wondering does he have the same impact if you have no gloves? I was not talking about that I train without gloves obviously not that I'm not stupid I just ask questions about a self-defense situation where I would not have gloves. Duhh ..
