Human Fight Muay
What can I bone "condition" and how?

I've seen on shows like "gun rights" and "Fight Science" as the Muay Thai fighters to launch heavy bags and banana trees in the "condition" of their shins of the little "micro fractures" Is this true and if so, what are the other bones that I can "condition" and how?

I'll try to keep this short and a little direct. This is called "Conditioning", but not in the way you think. The bones do not really conditioned … Yes you develop microfractures in the bone these heal and do the most dense bone. In addition, you desensitize the nerves in the impact zone. You do not kill the nerves, what you do is work against reflexes of your brain naturally has to remove the power of technology to protect you against injury. By repeated trauma to an area impact, nerves send pain signals less, or rather your brain starts to adapt to these pain signals and closes. The same as any repetitive action causes your brain to begin to develop an autonomous reaction to them. That's why you do can the hammer harder and harder when you're able to hit the nail growing (and subsequent times unless you fail and cause injury. You are your own conditioning to take trauma to the shins, the bone becomes denser, the nerves of the impact area becomes less sensitive and your brain allows you to hit stronger. The bone itself does not really conditioned (apart from the development of a density that protects it from large bruises along the surface). Any impact area can be "conditioned" by repeated impact trauma. But if you are intelligent, you do things intelligently. It is better to have an instructor and using common sense. See how professional fighters to do so. They will complete their hand when working on the bags, then hit heavy bags, and more sweet things several times. A good start would be to to tell 50 shots on each leg on the bag to begin with. Do not blow until you are no longer painful. Then do it again. Build up where you dooing 100 strokes for each leg. Then start sparring. But again, you need a good teacher, otherwise you will hurt more than any state. But while it is called conditioning bone and body conditioning is actually much more complex than that. Find someone who can help you get it right or do not disturb.
